These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by OAD Solutions Ltd, including participation in the MarTech Mastery Program.

1. Who We Are

2. The MarTech Mastery Program

MarTech Mastery is a 12-week online training and coaching program designed to support career development in marketing operations and technology.

The Program is delivered fully online.
Content is drip-fed weekly over 12 weeks.
Students gain access on the cohort start date, typically the first Saturday of each month (subject to change).

3. Fees & Payment

3.1 Program Fee

The standard fee for the MarTech Mastery Program is £3,000.

3.2 Deposit

A £300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the selected cohort.

3.3 Full Payment Discount

Students who choose to pay in full before the course begins receive a 10% discount, reducing the total to £2,700. After the deposit, the balance due is £2,400.

3.4 Instalment Plans

Students may opt for a payment plan arranged via Klarna or other approved providers. The £300 deposit is deducted from the total fee, with the remaining £2,700 payable in agreed instalments.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Fulfilment

4.1 Refund Policy

The £300 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the cohort start date, any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued after the course begins if any course materials have been accessed.
If materials have not been accessed, a refund may still be considered within the 7-day window from the cohort start date.

4.2 Cancellation Process

To cancel your enrolment or request a refund, email admin@oadsolutions.com with your full name, proof of payment, and reason for cancellation.

4.3 Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10 working days.

4.4 Program Delivery

Course materials are released weekly via our online platform.
It is your responsibility to ensure access to your login credentials and a stable internet connection.
Enrolment is cohort-based, and course access is granted only from the designated start date.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the MarTech Mastery Program—including videos, workbooks, slides, documents, and templates—are the intellectual property of OAD Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Participation in the MarTech Mastery Program does not guarantee job offers, promotions, or increased earnings. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors. All educational content is provided "as is."

7. Conflicts with Signed Agreement

If you enrol in the Program by signing a contract, the terms of that agreement take precedence over the terms outlined here in the event of a conflict.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or Program will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
